Ssangyong Construction Creates a Young Organizational Culture... Launch of the 1st Junior Board

Ssangyong Construction announced on the 17th that it held the inaugural ceremony for the 1st Junior Board on the 16th at the main conference room of its headquarters located in Sincheon-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and will commence regular activities.

The 1st Junior Board consists of 11 members (8 from headquarters and 3 from field sites), selected through recommendations from headquarters executives, team leaders, and field site managers. The members' term is one year, during which they will participate in management meetings, site visits, regular meetings, and workshops to submit ideas and carry out innovation projects.


Additionally, they plan to integrate MZ generation trends into the corporate culture and gather feedback from colleagues, superiors, and juniors to improve company-wide work processes through various activities.


The Junior Board will be offered opportunities to visit overseas sites such as Dubai and Singapore, as well as performance evaluation incentives, to encourage more active participation.


At the inauguration ceremony, CEO Kim Ki-myung and President Kim In-su attended to present appointment letters and freely discuss detailed activities.


Kim In-su, President of Ssangyong Construction, stated, “We hope that the launch of the Junior Board will mark the beginning of changes that can innovate past practices,” adding, “We will actively reflect the Junior Board’s opinions on management issues going forward to support it as a focal point for a young and dynamic organizational culture.”
