Lee Boo-jin, president of Hotel Shilla, also known as the "business world fashionista," attracted attention with her fashion at the shareholders' meeting on the 16th.

President Lee has drawn attention not only for her fashion at official company events but also for the fashion items she showcased at private occasions such as family graduations and weddings.

On that day, around 8:57 a.m., President Lee arrived at the rear gate of the Jangchung office building in Jung-gu, Seoul, driving a Genesis G90 to attend the Hotel Shilla shareholders' meeting.

She matched a black jacket and skirt with platform heels of the same color. She added gold accents with a belt, watch, and earrings.

Her top was a soft wool silk jacket from Gucci, priced in the high 5 million KRW range. This jacket includes a detachable "G buckle wide leather belt."

If purchased separately, the belt costs around 1 million KRW.

The bottom appears to be a wool mohair skirt from Gucci, priced in the 2 million KRW range.

Both items are new releases from the 2023 S/S collection by former Gucci creative director Alessandro Michele.

The watch is the Parentesi from the Italian luxury brand Bulgari, a model no longer available on Bulgari's official website. This line was inspired by the pavement block connection method used in travertine stone in Rome, Italy. It is known for its seamless craftsmanship and is priced in the 10 million KRW range.

Meanwhile, at the shareholders' meeting, President Lee said, "I apologize that last year's operating performance did not meet expectations," and added, "We will return to basics and thoroughly rebuild a customer-centered business model."

Last year, Hotel Shilla's sales increased by 30.2% year-on-year to 4.9 trillion KRW, but operating profit fell by 34.1% to 78 billion KRW.

President Lee encouraged employees preparing to bid for the Incheon Airport duty-free business rights in the duty-free sector and announced plans to expand the profitable hotel consignment operation business in the hotel & leisure sector.

At this shareholders' meeting, Hotel Shilla approved three agenda items: ▲the 50th financial statements ▲reappointment of inside director Lee Boo-jin ▲and the limit on director remuneration. Accordingly, President Lee will serve a fourth term as an inside director.
