Asiana Airlines Executive Personnel Changes... 14 Promotions

1 Vice President, 3 Executive Directors, 10 Managing Directors

Asiana Airlines announced on the 15th that it has conducted executive personnel changes. The total scale is 14 people, including 1 vice president, 3 executive directors, and 10 managing directors.

Won Yu-seok, acting CEO, was promoted to vice president, and Cho Young-seok, head of the Management Headquarters, and Hyun Il-jo, head of the Service Headquarters, were promoted to executive directors. Kim Kwang-seok was promoted and appointed as executive director and head of the Flight Headquarters.

Seven executives from subsidiaries were also included in this personnel change. Two from Asiana IDT, two from Air Busan, one from Air Seoul, and two from Asiana Airport were promoted to managing directors.

Asiana Airlines stated, "Ahead of the corporate merger, we have carried out executive personnel changes to create a stable management environment and enhance corporate value in response to demand recovery and market changes."
