Investment and Employment Agreement between Chilgok-gun, Gyeongbuk and Partners
Chilgok County announced on the 15th that Dongil Jeonggong Co., Ltd. (CEO Choi Sang-won) signed a business agreement to invest 18 billion KRW in a 29,194㎡ site within the Chilgok Waegwan General Industrial Complex and to hire about 80 new employees.
Dongil Jeonggong Co., Ltd., a company producing automotive interior parts, was established in 1984 and achieved sales exceeding 20 billion KRW last year. With this investment and the establishment of a new factory, sales are expected to exceed 40 billion KRW by 2025.

Through this agreement, Chilgok County expects that the influx of new talent and technology into the existing industrial sector will greatly contribute to revitalizing the local economy. Additionally, Dongil Jeonggong Co., Ltd. will benefit by securing new personnel.
Kim Jae-wook, the governor of Chilgok County, said, "We expect this MOU signing to be a good opportunity for mutual growth that promotes both corporate growth and the development of Chilgok County," adding, "It is significant in that it helps create new employment opportunities within the region while working together with Dongil Jeonggong to advance the local economy."
Choi Sang-won, CEO of Dongil Jeonggong, also stated, "We aim to contribute to economic revitalization through continuous investment in the Chilgok area and by providing employment opportunities."
