Establishing a One-Stop Support System for Talent Development

The Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kim Hak-do, hereinafter referred to as SBC) announced on the 15th that it has signed a 'Business Agreement for Customized Training of Excellent Talent for Regional Industries' with Jeonju City.

This agreement was promoted to support the government's strategy for nurturing talent in advanced fields and to establish a cooperative system for customized workforce development linked to regional development strategies.

Through this agreement, the two organizations agreed to jointly strengthen the competitiveness of regional small and medium-sized ventures by nurturing talent suitable for regionally specialized industries such as future automobiles and K-content, and by encouraging long-term employment of key personnel through the Tomorrow Filling Deduction program.

Specifically, they agreed to mutually cooperate on ▲Jeonju-type Tomorrow Filling Deduction ▲job training for employees of small and medium-sized ventures for customized talent development ▲operation of Smart Factory Learning Centers to promote smartification of manufacturing sites.

Additionally, to improve the educational environment for employees of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Jeonbuk region, where educational infrastructure is poor, and to meet the demand for regional industrial workforce, they decided to promote the construction of the Jeonbuk Training Center for Small and Medium Ventures in Daeseong-dong, Jeonju City, aiming for its opening in 2026.
