The fire safety experience center, conducted under the theme "Safety at Three Years Lasts a Lifetime," focused on hands-on training such as fire extinguisher, fire hydrant, and emergency escape device (So.So.Wan) experiences, as well as CPR and automated external defibrillator (AED) practice.

About 1,000 participants, including preschool children, seniors aged 65 and over, disability groups, and foreigners, enhanced their accident prevention and response skills through the fire safety experience education, and various promotional items were distributed to those who completed the training.

In particular, multifaceted, citizen-centered promotional education was also conducted, including promotion of the application system for residential fire safety equipment support and the Fire Agency's metaverse fire safety education platform.

A representative of Jeju Western Fire Station said, "We will continue to focus on spreading a safety culture by operating experience-oriented education and promotional challenges targeting local festivals and events."
