Activist fund Anda Asset Management's injunction request against KT&G, demanding the inclusion of the ginseng corporation's demerger agenda in the regular shareholders' meeting, was dismissed on the 13th.

According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on the day, the Daejeon District Court dismissed the injunction filed by Anda Asset Management against KT&G on the 3rd.

According to KT&G, the court judged that the ginseng corporation's demerger violates the law or is an unfeasible matter for the company to realize, so the company's refusal to include the agenda was deemed justified.
