Shinsegae Construction announced on the 13th that it will offer 'Villiv Acent' for sale next month near Yeonsinnae Station in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul.
Villiv Acent will be built on 305-3 Bulgwang-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, consisting of 5 basement floors to 24 above-ground floors, with a total of 492 units ranging from 49 to 84㎡ in exclusive area. All types feature high ceilings (2.5m), and storage rooms are provided per household on each floor (in Building 101, storage is located in the basement). The complex mainly consists of small to medium-sized units preferred for residential purposes, with a 4-bay layout. Neighborhood living facilities on floors B1 to 3F will be sold simultaneously.
Yeonsinnae Station, adjacent to the complex and served by subway lines 3 and 6, is scheduled for partial opening of the Greater Seoul Metropolitan Express Railway (GTX) Line A next year. Once the entire line is operational, it will take about 9 minutes to reach Samsung Station. Development projects linked to GTX are also underway. To transform the area around the station into a hub for business, commerce, startups, and culture, the district unit plan is being reorganized, and the Seoul Innovation Park area located in Bulgwang-dong will be transformed into a large-scale convergence space. This site will include specialized office spaces and the Seoul UIC Campus, an industry-academia campus of the University of Seoul.
As for commercial facilities, the complex is near Rodeo Street and Yeonseo Market, and residents can access NC Department Store Bulgwang Branch, Lotte Mall Eunpyeong Branch, E-Mart Eunpyeong Branch, Starfield Goyang, IKEA Goyang Branch, and Lotte Outlet. Nearby entertainment options include Bulgwang CGV, Lotte Cinema Eunpyeong, and Eunpyeong Cultural and Arts Center. Additionally, a multiplex cinema is planned within the complex’s commercial facilities, making it convenient to enjoy cultural activities. Educational infrastructure includes Yeoncheon Elementary School, Seonil Elementary School, and Yale Elementary School nearby, as well as academy districts from Gusan Station to Yeonsinnae Station, from Eunpyeong-gu Office to Nokbeon Station, and public libraries.
An industry insider said, "As supply in Seoul is expected to be insufficient in the future, it is necessary to secure prime complexes with major advantages in advance."
