Governor Kim Dong-yeon Holds Luncheon Meeting with 18 Provincial Assembly Members for Provincial Administration Questions

Gyeonggi Province Governor Kim Dong-yeon held a time of communication and cooperation with members of the Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly.

On the 13th, Governor Kim held a meeting with 18 assembly members who raised questions about provincial administration during the two regular sessions in the second half of last year at Dodamso (the former governor's residence) in Paldal-gu, Suwon City.

At the meeting, Governor Kim said, "I always keep in mind and pay attention to the questions raised," and promised, "From now on, I will try to meet with the assembly members quarterly. I think it would be good to discuss topics that we haven't covered yet and talk about provincial administration over a meal."

He added, "Starting from this session, I plan to have meals with assembly members by standing committee. I will continue to communicate and cooperate with the assembly members."

Governor Kim will continue communication meetings with members of the Planning and Finance Committee of the Provincial Assembly on the 14th and with members of the Economic and Labor Committee on the 23rd.

Earlier, to promote cooperation with the Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly, Governor Kim invited assembly members who made five-minute speeches twice in November last year to share opinions. In addition, in December last year, he held a meeting with young assembly members aged 24 to 46.
