About 180,000 people reportedly applied for the Hyundai Motor Company technical positions (production jobs), which were popular among job seekers due to high salaries and welfare benefits. According to industry sources on the 13th, Hyundai Motor closed the document submission for production job recruitment at 9 p.m. on the 12th. It is known that the recruitment page views exceeded 300,000 just before the deadline.

Hyundai Motor's production positions are famous for their exceptional welfare benefits, including higher salaries compared to other companies' production jobs, guaranteed retirement at age 60, and Hyundai Motor discounts. In particular, the average annual salary of Hyundai Motor employees, including production staff, was 96 million KRW last year, approaching 100 million KRW. Because of this, some refer to Hyundai Motor production jobs as 'Kingsanjik' (the pinnacle of production jobs).
