On the 9th, LX Hausys announced that it will launch a new acrylic artificial marble product exclusively for the domestic market, called 'HiMax Gravilla,' to coincide with the peak spring interior season.
HiMax Gravilla features a more luxurious and sophisticated design by adding a subtle feather-like scattered pattern on top of the existing chip design, where chips are densely embedded like natural stone.
The product applies the 'Tone on Tone' technique, which implements different brightness and concentration levels within the same basic color, expressing a deeper natural stone surface texture compared to existing chip pattern products.
To facilitate cutting according to the space area and to allow for more natural finishing of joints at seams, a design with short repeating pattern motifs has been applied, enhancing on-site work convenience.
It can be widely applied not only to residential spaces such as kitchen countertops and kitchen walls (midway) but also to commercial buildings including hotel and hospital reception desks and walls. The price is the same or lower than existing chip pattern products and is launched at about 10% lower than Vein pattern products. The colors available are Snow and Cream.
An LX Hausys official stated, "'HiMax Gravilla' has received great attention immediately after its launch due to its luxurious design, on-site work convenience, and relatively affordable price compared to existing products," adding, "We will further solidify our position as the number one market share holder in the domestic acrylic artificial marble market by leading with 'HiMax Gravilla.'"
