LG HelloVision Launches Mid-Tier 5G Plan with 31GB for 50,000 KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Su-yeon] LG HelloVision Hello Mobile announced on the 9th that it has launched the ‘5G Mid-tier Plan 31GB (58,300 KRW)’, which offers 31GB of data for about 50,000 KRW per month.

The newly introduced plan provides unlimited voice and data with 31GB of data. After the basic data allowance is used up, users can continue to use data at a speed limited to 1Mbps without additional charges. This plan is a device plan combined with 5G devices and can be subscribed to together with any of the 32 types of 5G devices sold by Hello Mobile.

Hello Mobile aims to enhance consumer benefits by expanding 5G plan options with this new plan. In the 5G budget phone market, which is divided between low data usage under 10GB and high data usage over 100GB, adding a 31GB unlimited tier preferred by consumers is expected to allow more customers to enjoy substantial savings on 5G communication costs.

Meanwhile, a great combination with popular Motorola devices sold by Hello Mobile is also anticipated. For practical customers seeking cost-effectiveness (psychological satisfaction relative to price), the recently re-released Motorola ‘Edge30 5G’, which has been gaining word-of-mouth popularity, is recommended. Using the high-performance, ultra-lightweight, and well-designed ‘Edge 30 5G’ together with the ‘5G Mid-tier Plan 31GB’ enables communication cost savings at around 60,000 KRW per month. In particular, combining the plan with the cost-effective ‘Moto G82 5G’ applies the maximum subsidy, reducing the device price to ‘0 KRW’.

This 5G mid-tier plan is perfect for data-heavy users in the MZ generation. It offers a generous 31GB data allowance and allows uninterrupted use of video or music streaming at 1Mbps speed even after the data is exhausted.
