Lotte Card has added new features such as potential customer exploration and regular report creation to increase the utilization of its data-based collaboration platform.
On the 8th, Lotte Card announced that it had enhanced its data platform, 'Datas.' Datas is a data-based collaboration platform launched by Lotte Card in January last year. Companies, merchants, and individuals can purchase the data they need, analyze it to create advertisements, or find potential customers.
The newly added services include ▲Potential Customer Exploration ▲Autonomous Analysis ▲Regular Reports ▲Open BI Service. The platform has expanded public services that allow free analysis and utilization of Lotte Card's data, and the platform's user experience (UX), including customized report services, has been significantly improved.
Specifically, 'Potential Customer Exploration' is a service that predicts the expected customer size and response rate to advertisements. By selecting categories such as interests and industries, users can check the size of customers with high interest in the selected items, their profiles, and the expected advertisement usage rate. Each prediction is based on an analysis of Lotte Card payment data, enabling customized advertisements targeting the expected customers.
'Autonomous Analysis' is a service that allows free analysis of data owned by Lotte Card. It provides analysis and visualization tools such as graphs, tables, and charts for free public data, enabling customers to derive the information they need directly.
'Regular Reports' is a subscription service that allows users to receive customized analysis reports regularly. 'Open BI' is a service that allows corporate members to use visualization dashboards for data analysis on their own platforms without logging into Datas. It is available after consultation following a customized analysis request.
A Lotte Card official said, "Card company data is basic material that can understand customers' daily lives represented by consumption activities, and Lotte Card also possesses abundant distribution data, enabling differentiated analysis in the consumption and distribution fields." He added, "With this advancement, we have improved everything from text to ensure that anyone can conveniently utilize Lotte Card data and apply the analysis results to their business with a customer-centric approach."
