Jin Air to Resume Macau Route Operations from April 23

Jin Air announced on the 7th that it will resume daily flights on the Incheon~Macau route starting April 23, after more than three years.


Macau is a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage city where the harmony of East and West blends, and is considered an attractive travel destination favored by artists. The departing flight from Incheon to Macau leaves Incheon International Airport at 9:45 PM and arrives at Macau International Airport at 12:30 AM local time the next day after approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes. The return flight departs Macau Airport at 1:30 AM and arrives at Incheon Airport at 6:20 AM Korean time.

To enter Macau, travelers must possess a negative COVID-19 PCR test result within 48 hours before departure or submit a negative self-administered or professional rapid antigen test (RAT) result within 24 hours before departure. Test results must be reported on the Macau government platform or entered into the Macau Health Code. Additionally, South Korean nationals must hold a valid passport with at least 30 days remaining beyond the local travel period. Visa-free travel is allowed for up to 90 days.


A Jin Air official stated, "With the resumption of the Macau route, customers can experience a wider variety of cultures and events," adding, "We will respond to the increasing demand for overseas travel by providing safe and differentiated services to enhance customer satisfaction."
