Soongsil University, Global Future Education Institute Successfully Holds First In-Person Entrance Ceremony in 4 Years

Soonchunhyang University announced on the 6th that it successfully completed the in-person entrance ceremony of the Global Future Education Institute held around 11 a.m. on the 2nd.

The entrance ceremony, held in person for the first time in four years since the COVID-19 pandemic, proceeded in the order of opening declaration, prayer, Bible reading, declaration of admission approval, new student oath, welcome speech, introduction of professors, congratulatory video for new students, benediction, and closing ceremony.

Director Jeong Jae-woo said in his welcome speech, "I hope this will be a time to contemplate social issues, grow through learning, and prepare for entering society through various participation and experiences," adding, "Professors and staff members will be close and reliable supporters on the path you take."

Meanwhile, at Soonchunhyang University’s Global Future Education Institute, it is possible to obtain a four-year bachelor's degree in a short period (2 to 2.5 years) through the credit bank system curriculum. Afterward, students can continue their studies by transferring to a bachelor's program or entering graduate school (master's program).
