NH Nonghyup Bank Gyeongnam Headquarters, Please Be a Strong Support Pillar

New Employee Appointment Certificate Ceremony Held

Job Creation and Regional Economic Revitalization

The NH Nonghyup Bank Gyeongnam Headquarters held an 'Appointment Certificate Presentation Ceremony' for 35 new Grade 6 employees on the 6th.

The ceremony was attended by Cho Geun-su, Head of the Gyeongnam Headquarters, and Ryu Seung-wan, Chairman of the NH Nonghyup Branch Gyeongnam Regional Committee of the National Financial Industry Labor Union, where appointment certificates were presented, Nonghyup badges were awarded, and commemorative gifts for joining the bank were given.

The new Grade 6 employees were hired as of February 20th after going through document screening, written exams, and interviews, starting from the application submission on December 8th of last year.

The recruitment was conducted at the regional level, contributing to job creation and economic revitalization in the Gyeongnam area. For the first time, a 'metaverse-based recruitment briefing session' accessible nationwide via NH-TOWN was introduced for new employee recruitment.

The new employees completed two weeks of group training, including basic education as bankers and various job training, and were assigned to branches within the jurisdiction starting from the 6th.

They will develop their capabilities as bankers through follow-up practical training conducted online and a one-on-one mentoring system.

Head Cho said, “We are pleased that outstanding local talents have become part of the NH Nonghyup Bank family,” and added, “We hope they grow into a strong support for NH Nonghyup Bank, providing the best value to customers and growing together with the local community.”
