According to Ulju-gun on the 6th, at around 2:08 a.m. on the 2nd, two adult men were involved in a mutual fight at Gyeoru Park in Onyang-eup, Ulju-gun, which escalated into one man unilaterally assaulting the other.


The control center operator, who captured the assault scene through monitoring, identified the suspect’s appearance and movement route in detail and immediately relayed the information to the police control room to prevent further damage.


A county official stated, “We will continue to work closely with the police to monitor crimes for the safety of our residents. We will also expand the installation of CCTVs and safety facilities in crime-prone areas to create an environment where residents can work with peace of mind.”


The Ulju-gun CCTV Integrated Control Center operates with 16 control operators working in shifts, conducting real-time monitoring 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. A total of 1,792 CCTVs are managed and operated, contributing to strengthening the safe social infrastructure for citizens, including real-time criminal apprehension.
