HR tech company WantedLab announced on the 6th that it has launched an AI interview coaching service utilizing the core GPT-3 technology of ChatGPT.

The AI interview coaching generates expected interview questions tailored to the job posting and provides specific feedback when answers are entered. Through this, job seekers can sufficiently prepare for interviews without the so-called "interview tutoring" or private education. The process of revising answers based on feedback allows for repeated mock interviews.

By entering the Wanted job posting link and clicking the "Analyze Job Posting" button, users can check expected interview questions in real time. It provides questions about key tasks and qualifications as well as questions about soft skills such as communication abilities and leadership.

Feedback on interview answers can also be checked immediately by clicking "Submit Answer." It not only identifies errors in the answers but also provides specific improvement guides.
