Daegu City Consolidates All Contests and Recruitment in One Place... 'Civil Complaints and Contest Home Service' Launched Civil Petition Contest Recruitment Home Service Website.

Since June 2018, the city has operated the ‘Civil Complaints and Public Contest Home Service’ as an integrated window where citizens can apply and register online for various permits, registrations, and reports, as well as for numerous public contests and recruitment projects conducted by the city throughout the year.

From 2018 to the present, a total of 2,105 public contests and recruitment events, such as recruiting cheering and performance teams for the Daegu International Marathon and recruiting youth supporters for the Daegu-Gyeongbuk New Airport, have been serviced through the Civil Complaints and Public Contest Home Service.

Starting from the 6th, Daegu City plans to expand the use of the ‘Civil Complaints and Public Contest Home Service’ to include all public contest and recruitment projects promoted by the city as well as the eight districts and counties, allowing users to check and apply online through the city’s website.

With the expansion of the service, citizens will be able to check the status of all public contest and recruitment projects implemented by Daegu City and its districts and counties on a single portal site and apply online.

Kim Daeyoung, Director of Administration at Daegu City, said, “With the expansion of the Civil Complaints and Public Contest Home Service to districts and counties, we expect citizens to conveniently check and apply for the information they need in one place,” adding, “We plan to continue expanding proactive civil services for the convenience of citizens.”
