Construction companies are gearing up for spring pre-sale. With expectations of a market turnaround due to the base interest rate freeze and real estate regulation easing, attention is focused on whether the previously subdued pre-sale market will change.

According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, a total of 2,853 households (including private rental and public rental conversion sales, excluding Happy Housing) will accept subscription applications at 9 locations nationwide in the second week of March.

In the metropolitan area, 7 locations will accept subscription applications. In Seoul, on the 7th, ‘Yeongdeungpo Xi Dignity,’ supplied through the Yangpyeong 12 District redevelopment project in Yangpyeong-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, will accept applications. It consists of 4 buildings from basement level 2 to 35 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 84㎡, totaling 707 households. Among them, 185 households with exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡ will be sold to the general public. On the same day, ‘Deungchon Ji Wine’ (136 households) will accept applications, and on the 10th, ‘Centreville Asterium Signature’ (454 households) will open for subscription.

In Gyeonggi Province, on the 7th, ‘Hillstate Pyeongtaek Hwayang,’ located in Hyeondeok-myeon, Pyeongtaek-si, will accept applications. It consists of 14 buildings from basement level 2 to 31 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 72 to 84㎡, totaling 1,571 households. Additionally, on the 6th, ‘Pyeongtaek Station SK VIEW’ (93 households) in Pyeongtaek-si will accept applications. In Incheon, on the 7th, ‘The Sharp Bupyeong Central City’ (207 households) in Bupyeong-gu and ‘Dongincheon Station Park Prugio’ (71 households) in Dong-gu will accept applications.

In the provinces, applications will be accepted at 2 locations. On the 7th, ‘Gyeongsan Seohee Starhills’ (64 households) in Gyeongsan-si, Gyeongbuk, and ‘Damyang Central Park Namyang Hutton’ (72 households) in Damyang-gun, Jeonnam, will be supplied.

There will be no announcement of winners, and official contracts will be conducted at 5 locations.
