Ssangyong Information & Communications announced on the 3rd that the largest shareholder has changed from Supi ITCEN Holdings Co., Ltd. to Comtec System Co., Ltd. and two others.
The company stated that the reason for the change is "because the merging company, Comtec System Co., Ltd., absorbed the merged company, Supi ITCEN Holdings Co., Ltd.".
