Jeju Air Actively Promotes Sales of Jeju Products

Jeju Air announced on the 3rd that it signed a business agreement with the Jeju City Forestry Cooperative at the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Jeju City Forestry Cooperative headquarters on the 2nd, agreeing to strengthen the promotion and sales of agricultural products produced in Jeju as well as other products from the Jeju region.

Through this agreement, Jeju Air will promote Jeju regional agricultural products and processed goods through various channels such as its website and SNS. Starting from April 1, Jeju Air plans to increase the number of Jeju-produced items by adding nine products including beet, Karahyang, and Hallabong to the in-flight Air Cafe.

A Jeju Air official stated, “We will continue marketing activities that can be jointly promoted with the Jeju City Forestry Cooperative and actively utilize the network to not only showcase attractive products from Jeju but also widely promote the value of Jeju.”

Meanwhile, Jeju Air has consistently sold Jeju-made products such as black pork jerky, horse meat jerky, fresh citrus, and Omegitteok through its in-flight Air Cafe to foster coexistence with the Jeju local community. Additionally, in October last year, Jeju Air decided to develop Jeju-produced PB (Private Brand) products in collaboration with local Jeju companies Achimmiso Farm and Plus Jeju, expanding the sales of Jeju specialties through joint product development and marketing partnerships.
