"Course and Facility Renovation to Create a Prestigious Club"
Ananti announced on the 3rd that it has opened 'Ananti Club Jeju,' a 36-hole golf course and townhouse-style condos located in Kimnyeong-ri, Gujwa-eup, Jeju Island.
Starting this month, Ananti has renamed the Saint Four Golf Course, which was previously owned by Hanra Holdings and spans approximately 520,000 pyeong (about 1.72 million square meters), to Ananti Club Jeju. They plan to transform it into an Ananti-style platform with top-notch facilities through additional renovations.
Ananti Club Jeju will invest over 20 billion KRW in course development to become a prestigious golf club. The 36-hole golf course will be operated as two distinct 18-hole courses, each offering unique charm and enjoyment. The course names have been changed to Halla Course and Kimnyeong Course, reflecting Jeju's characteristics.
The Halla Course is a premium course using bentgrass cool-season turf, while the Kimnyeong Course will be developed with warm-season turf, making it the most familiar and popular course for Koreans. Renovations of the 36-hole course and the newly designed clubhouse are expected to be completed around June next year.
The 86,000 pyeong (about 284,300 square meters) of surrounding land will be developed sequentially. The site will include Ananti's signature facilities such as hotels, resorts, Waterhouse, Eternal Journey, as well as galleries, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and sports facilities.
An Ananti representative stated, "By adding Ananti's innovative renovations to the excellent existing infrastructure, including outstanding location, terrain, and top-tier layout, we plan to make Ananti Club Jeju the finest prestigious golf course in Korea."
