Collaboration with TaylorMade 'Putting Instructor' Director Choi Jonghwan

Experts Leading KPGA·KLPGA Players to Victory
New Putters Spider GT Max and GTX Released

TaylorMade is joining forces with putting coach Director Choi Jong-hwan to enhance the putting skills of its affiliated professionals.

TaylorMade announced on the 2nd that it will collaborate with putting coach Director Choi Jong-hwan starting this year. Director Choi is a putting coach who has led many players to victories on the Korean Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) Tour, Korean Professional Golfers' Association (KPGA) Korean Tour, and the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) Tour. He has experience working with Team TaylorMade players such as Yoo Hae-ran, Hong Jeong-min, Park Geum-gang, Lee Soo-min, and Seo Yo-seop.


Director Choi said, "I am pleased to raise the standard of putting through collaboration with TaylorMade," and added, "I look forward to leading the improvement of putting skills for many golf players and amateur golfers together with TaylorMade."


Meanwhile, TaylorMade has launched new mallet putters, the Spider GT Max and GTX. The company explained that these putters feature the iconic True Path of the Spider putter, a lightweight aluminum cap, True Path alignment lines, and a second-generation Pure Roll insert, all designed to make putting easier and more accurate.
