Tmon announced on the 2nd that it will recruit FMD (Flex MD) personnel in the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions with the goal of regional coexistence and strengthening the competitiveness of local products. Tmon FMD (Flex MD) refers to a new type of merchandise planner (MD) position that allows flexible work regardless of work type or location. The Tmon FMD recruitment also aims to coexist with vulnerable employment groups such as local talent and women with career interruptions. The first recruitment in December last year recorded a competition rate of 51 to 1.

The number of FMD recruits in the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions this time is in double digits. The newly selected personnel will work remotely within the Jeonnam region, including Gwangju, Mokpo, and Yeosu, and will be responsible for discovering and managing new sellers in the region. Tmon expects that they will plan and develop region-specific products such as specialties, unique accommodations, and popular restaurants, contributing not only to Tmon's local business but also to the development of regional industries.
