The "Elementary School Entrance Gift" program is part of LG Innotek’s "Lifecycle Customized Gift" program actively implemented since 2011. From the time of childbirth until the employee’s high school child takes the College Scholastic Ability Test, the company supports and accompanies employees’ parenting and child-rearing journey according to their lifecycle. It is recognized as an "Employee Experience (EX)" activity that greatly contributes to enhancing employee pride (PRIDE) by drawing strong annual responses.

The process has been simplified so that parental leave can be applied for together when applying for pre- and postnatal leave, and the parental leave period has been extended from a maximum of one year to two years. Additionally, employees with children under second grade in elementary school can use the "Childcare Shortened Work Hours" system, which allows adjusting daily working hours from 3 to 7 hours depending on personal circumstances.
