SNT Heavy Industries has changed its company name to ‘SNT Dynamics’.
On the 28th, SNT Heavy Industries announced at its regular shareholders' meeting held at the headquarters that it would change its name to SNT Dynamics.
According to the company, SNT Dynamics is recognized as a pioneering Korean company that has contributed to the national industrial development for over 60 years since its establishment in 1959, particularly in the fields of defense industry and automotive parts manufacturing within the precision machinery industry.
The name Dynamics is derived from ‘Dynamics,’ the fundamental principle of SNT Dynamics’ technology.
It embodies the company’s determination to grow and develop into a global top engineering company through the convergence and fusion of precision machinery technologies.
It also signifies the intention to overcome the image of a traditional heavy industry and establish a progressive image as a global advanced engineering company in the field of precision machinery technology.
To this end, SNT Dynamics plans to promote ▲strengthening new technology development capabilities through convergence and fusion of advanced technologies based on Dynamics ▲enhancing modularization development strategies through technology convergence ▲expanding global marketing by broadening the business portfolio ▲and establishing a dynamic and challenging corporate culture.
A company official stated, “This name change marks a new starting point toward becoming a world-class advanced engineering company based on the precision machinery technology accumulated over the past 60 years,” adding, “We will continue to enhance our corporate brand value through steady challenges and innovation.”
