Namhae-gun 'Support for Creating Unique Alley Commercial Districts'

'Neighborhood Commercial Area Revitalization Support Project' Commercial Area Recruitment

Namhye-gun, Gyeongnam Province, is recruiting commercial districts to participate in the ‘Alley Commercial District Revitalization Support Project’ promoted by Gyeongsangnam-do to strengthen the self-sustainability of alley commercial districts.

The ‘Alley Commercial District Revitalization Project’ is a program that supports environmental improvements, establishment of safe commercial districts, installation of shared facilities, and more to create unique local commercial districts. Up to 200 million KRW will be supported for 3 to 4 commercial districts within Gyeongnam Province.

Applicants must be alley commercial districts with more than 10 businesses (stores) densely located, have the consent of at least two-thirds of the merchants in the district, and have a community formed to promote the project.

Applications for the Gyeongnam Alley Commercial District Revitalization Support Project can be submitted to the Namhye-gun Economic Division by March 24, along with the application form, business plan, consent forms, and other required documents.
