AtHome Offers Robot Vacuum Cleaner On-Site Installation Service..."App Settings for Usage Environment"

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Home life solution company 'AtHome' is launching a visit installation service for the robot vacuum cleaner 'ClienT24'.

AtHome announced on the 23rd that it has partnered with the furniture and home appliance specialized delivery and installation company 'Alliance' to provide customized application setup services for ClienT24. ClienT24 is the first robot vacuum cleaner in Korea to be delivered and installed by a professional technician who also provides app setup services.

When using a robot vacuum cleaner for the first time, users need to connect the app to set up home mapping, designate no-clean zones, select suction modes, and configure other settings according to their usage environment. Considering these characteristics of robot vacuum cleaners, AtHome introduced this service to offer convenience to customers who are not familiar with app usage.

When purchasing ClienT24, customers can add delivery and installation as an option to use the visit service. The application fee is 39,000 KRW for both the metropolitan area and other regions. Alliance, which is in charge of the service, is a partner of major companies and large platforms such as CJ Logistics and Hanssem, operating 47 teams in the metropolitan area and bases nationwide.

ClienT24 is the 4th generation new model robot vacuum cleaner introduced by AtHome earlier this year. It sterilizes an average of 99.9% of nine types of harmful bacteria through an internal electrolytic sterilization system.

Yang Jeong-ho, CEO of AtHome, said, "We expect that this service will not only make usage much easier but also increase satisfaction with ClienT24," adding, "We will actively work to resolve customer inconveniences."
