14 Seasonal Menus Including Dallae Maekjeokgui and Haenginjuk, Until the 31st of Next Month
JW Marriott Hotel Seoul's 2nd floor buffet restaurant Flavors announced on the 23rd that it has launched 14 seasonal spring menu items using spring ingredients.
Signature dishes include 'Dallae Maekjeokgui,' grilled pork neck served with spring wild chive (dallae), and 'Haenginjuk,' a gingko nut porridge that combines the yellow gingko nuts with creamy milk for both taste and color. They also offer 'Jeonbokcho,' which highlights the fresh texture and flavor of abalone, and 'Tangpyeongchae,' a cold vegetable dish featuring acorn jelly and crunchy spring vegetables. Additionally, a variety of spring season dishes such as Hwangbokitang, Deodeok Saengchae, Satae Pyeonyuk Naengchae, and Susambam Naengchae are available.
The Flavors live station is presented in seven sections: salad, soup, seafood, grill, cold & hot dishes, and dessert. Guests can also enjoy JW Marriott Hotel Seoul's signature wines, Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot, which pair well with Flavors' cuisine.
The new spring season menu at Flavors will be available from March 1st to 31st for one month, and the offerings may vary depending on the availability and freshness of ingredients on the day.
