The Barun Recruitment Conference is an event hosted by the Korea Barun Recruitment Certification Institute, where HR and recruitment officials from the public and private sectors annually share the latest recruitment trends and best practices to promote a proper recruitment culture.
A KEPCO KDN official stated, "Recently, education focused on training professional interviewers and strengthening the capabilities of female managers and expertise for empathetic recruitment has received much empathy."
The company plans to strengthen systems to expand recruitment cases that appropriately connect fair and reasonable HR tasks, especially youth talent recruitment and ESG management.
Accordingly, KEPCO KDN explained that it operates a recruitment auditor and recruitment verifier system, strengthens fair recruitment and blind recruitment, and has produced 18 professional recruitment interviewers through an in-house professional recruitment interviewer certification system.
