Ottogi announced on the 21st that it has launched three types of 'Cream Gnocchi' that replicate the taste of restaurant dishes.
The new products consist of three varieties: Truffle Cream Gnocchi, Bacon Cream Gnocchi, and Curry Cream Gnocchi. Made with 100% Italian ingredients, the potato-based gnocchi and savory cream sauce combine to offer a chewy texture and rich flavor.
The Truffle Cream Gnocchi boasts a rich taste with the subtle aroma of mushrooms and truffle infused into the cream sauce. The Bacon Cream Gnocchi enhances texture by adding bacon chips to the creamy sauce blended with the savory flavor of cheese, while the Curry Cream Gnocchi adds depth with Ottogi’s original curry powder and salty bacon chips.
All three new products are released in a frozen form that allows for long-term storage. The cooking method is simple?just add the contents to a single frying pan and stir-fry.
