According to the legal community on the 21st, the Ministry of Justice issued a reprimand to Prosecutor Kim (54, Judicial Research and Training Institute class 29) of the Seoul High Prosecutors' Office on the 17th of this month for drunk driving.

Prosecutor Kim was disciplined for damaging the dignity of a prosecutor after being caught driving a passenger car on December 22 last year with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.034%, which is at the level of license suspension.

Another Prosecutor Kim (38, 6th Bar Exam) from the Dongbu Branch of the Busan District Prosecutors' Office received a reprimand for dereliction of duty after exceeding the statute of limitations on some suspects and charges during the investigation of a transferred case.
