[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Busan City Gudok Library will operate the 2023 first half lifelong learning program for infants, elementary school students, and adults from March 21 to June 2.
The program will run 10 courses selected through an open recruitment.
For infants, the program “Lululala! Picture Book Emotional Development Education,” which is linked to picture book storytelling activities, will be offered. For elementary school students, three courses including “Personality Growth: Humanities Classics with Stories” that cultivate personality sensitivity and creativity will be provided.
For adults, five courses will be offered, including “Classics Hidden in Everyday Life,” which helps participants become familiar with classical music, and “Looking into Busan: The Great Busan Exploration,” which deeply explores the history and culture of Busan.
For seniors, the program “Senior Picture Book Book Curation,” which allows them to experience literary therapy through picture books and enjoy reading aloud, will be operated.
Those wishing to participate can apply on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 10 a.m. on Thursday the 16th through the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education integrated reservation portal. Tuition is free, but participants are responsible for textbook and material costs. For other inquiries, contact the Reading Culture Division.
