[Asia Economy] Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) announced on the 14th that it will collect residents' opinions and applications from the 13th to the 21st regarding the selection of facilities subject to intensive safety inspections conducted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.

The application targets are small-scale facilities closely related to daily life, such as village halls, senior citizen centers, bridges, welfare centers, and aging buildings. However, facilities with managers (management entities), buildings under construction, litigation (disputes), and facilities subject to legally mandated inspections are excluded.

This intensive safety inspection resident application system aims to expand citizen participation during the reporting period and to identify safety blind spots.

For the reported cases, a joint inspection with experts is planned around April to June to propose solutions.

Applications can be submitted by filling out an application form at the National Safety Report Center or the town and township offices.

Governor Kim San said, "We will do our utmost to eliminate safety blind spots through this inspection," urging residents to actively participate.
