McDonald's Holds First 'Crew Recruitment Week' of the Year

McDonald's Holds First 'Crew Recruitment Week' of the Year

McDonald's announced on the 14th that it will hold a 'Crew Recruitment Week' until the 19th.

Through this Crew Recruitment Week, McDonald's is launching a large-scale recruitment of new crew members (employees) using an 'open hiring' approach that does not discriminate based on education, age, gender, or disability. Currently, about 15,000 employees work at more than 400 McDonald's locations nationwide, making it the largest scale in the global foodservice industry.

When joining as a McDonald's crew member, employees perform store duties focused on providing customers with the highest quality and service centered on QSC (Quality, Service, Sanitation). Based on a systematic training system, opportunities for conversion to full-time positions such as store manager or regional store manager are provided according to work performance.

McDonald's implements wage payments based on the Labor Standards Act, regular health checkups, and supports enrollment in the four major social insurances when requirements are met. Additionally, through industry-academic cooperation programs with four domestic cyber universities, crew members can enjoy benefits such as exemption from admission fees and reduced tuition, creating a work environment where they can balance work and studies.

Moreover, employees can enjoy various exclusive benefits, including support for family events, access to the 'Super Discount Mall' where over 1,500 products such as large home appliances and daily necessities can be purchased at discounted prices, the 'McFamily Coupon' which offers ongoing discounts on all McDonald's menu items (excluding some franchise stores), and discounts on certain Apple devices.
