[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] Hana Bank announced on the 12th that it will launch the bank's IT system construction project, 'Project ONE,' to drive ICT innovation.
Through this project, Hana Bank plans to establish core ICT competencies for future growth by 2024, including building a hyper-personalized marketing platform, creating a data hub, enhancing the omni-channel based branch consultation environment, and constructing a cloud-based digital infrastructure.
Hana Bank stated that it will promote ICT innovation projects focusing on three main directions: marketing and data innovation, channel and business innovation, and infrastructure innovation.
Lee Seung-yeol, CEO of Hana Bank, said, "Now is the time not to follow changes for survival, but to proactively lead accelerating changes," adding, "For Hana Bank to lead the pace of change and leap forward as a global leading bank, all employees and partners must unite with one heart to implement a customer-centered number one system."
