[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Shin Dong-ho] Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City is recruiting members for a barefoot walking club to promote the practice of barefoot walking in the daily lives of Seo-gu residents.

According to Seo-gu on the 10th, barefoot walking is called Earthing, which is an exercise that enhances immunity by pressing and grounding the soles of the feet, the body's second heart, through contact between the body and the earth while walking barefoot on loess soil.
