Lotte will provide $600,000 (approximately 758.4 million KRW) to help recover from the earthquake damage in Turkiye.

On the 10th, Lotte announced that it will deliver $500,000 in relief funds through the Community Chest of Korea and join the international community's efforts to support Turkiye's recovery. The funds will be used for emergency relief activities such as restoring the affected areas, providing relief supplies to disaster victims, and setting up shelters. Lotte Chemical Turkiye, which operates an artificial marble factory locally, plans to support with relief donations and supplies worth about $100,000.

Starting today, Lotte World Tower will display messages of support on the tower's exterior media facade to comfort the earthquake victims and displaced people. From 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM, the message "Pray for Turkiye & Syria" will be broadcast every hour on the hour and at the half-hour mark.

Lotte stated, "We hope to provide even a little help to those who have lost their homes due to this unexpected disaster and pray that they can regain their precious daily lives as soon as possible."

Meanwhile, Lotte has continued its overseas disaster recovery support activities, including the 2018 Indonesia earthquake, the 2011 Japan earthquake, and the 2010 Haiti earthquake.
