Through this agreement, the Human Rights Center of Mokpo National University (Director Ahn Young-ha) and the Human Rights Center of Gunsan National University (Director Eom Ki-wook) agreed to promote mutual development and friendship by △ mutual cooperation to promote human rights in regional universities △ opening and developing human rights and gender equality education and counseling programs △ mutual cooperation related to handling human rights and gender equality cases △ cooperation in human and material exchanges for the development of both centers.

Starting with this agreement, the Human Rights Centers of Mokpo National University and Gunsan National University plan to continuously exchange with human rights centers in regional universities nationwide to enhance not only the development of universities but also awareness of human rights and gender equality in local communities.
