This program is an educational course designed to instill confidence in employment and enhance job-seeking skills for women who have experienced career interruptions due to marriage, pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare, helping them set career paths and plan short- and long-term careers.

The education is provided free of charge and consists of a basic course and an advanced course.

The basic course includes exploring personal tendencies, vocational interest tests, resume and self-introduction letter writing methods, and interview coaching to help participants form new careers through career exploration and secure employment.

In the advanced course, career design consulting is provided to enable rapid reemployment based on past experience.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion, and those eligible for unemployment benefits can have their job-seeking activities recognized and may also be linked to the National Employment Support System.

After completion, continuous follow-up management is actively provided to facilitate employment, and participants are given priority opportunities to participate in job training and internships at the Jeongeup New Work Center, as well as job-specific meetings.
