Eligibility to participate is open to any farmer registered as an agricultural business entity residing in the county prior to the announcement date, and each person can bid on up to two units. Participants should bring their ID and Agricultural and Fishery Business Registration Certificate and visit the main office of the Agricultural Machinery Rental Business Office (located in Daeji-myeon).

The sale will proceed by awarding the bid to the highest bidder who offers a price equal to or higher than the appraised value after on-site explanation and confirmation of the bidder's unused agricultural machinery. If the first priority bidder fails to fulfill the contract or withdraws, the contract will be made with the next highest bidder.

However, since the items being sold are unused agricultural machinery, bidders must carefully check the condition of the machinery on-site before bidding.
