[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwanju] Life Semantics announced on the 10th that it will carry out the "ITda Project" to improve the non-face-to-face medical environment for medically vulnerable groups.

The ITda Project means "connecting medical blind spots with IT technology" and was planned to enhance medical accessibility for socially vulnerable groups through non-face-to-face medical services and to establish a continuous management system for chronic disease patients.

Through this project, Life Semantics plans to provide non-face-to-face medical services centered on residential spaces so that continuous health management and treatment can be carried out for people who find it difficult to receive medical care due to various environmental factors.

In cooperation with local public institutions and medical institutions, Life Semantics will utilize its abundant medical IT infrastructure to develop beyond simple non-face-to-face medical care ▲ patient symptom measurement ▲ health data construction ▲ patient-specialized Personal Health Record (PHR) system design ▲ personalized automatic medication management system.

'DoctorCall,' the first domestic non-face-to-face medical platform to obtain medical device approval from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, is developed based on the PHR platform 'LifeRecord,' and is characterized by providing personalized medical services considering the user's health status, age, and more.

Sihoon Ahn, Chief Business Officer of Life Semantics, said, "Although the medical industry is becoming more advanced with the development of IT technology, polarization is occurring where vulnerable groups still do not receive quality services," adding, "Through this project, we will do our best to make DoctorCall a non-face-to-face service that provides personalized medical and welfare services and a community-based smart care service."
