[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] The National Credit Union Federation of Korea (NACUFOK) announced on the 10th that it has launched a community-based service project.
NACUFOK explained that this project is being carried out to expand touchpoints with customers and build a unique members community in response to changes in the financial service ecosystem centered on mobile platforms.
The service items include discount benefits for members, lifestyle services, information forums, an open market for small business owners and self-employed individuals, and various life services for NACUFOK users.
Customization will also be possible for each individual credit union. Specialized services and products for each union can be effectively promoted. The new mobile lifestyle platform will be unveiled in the fourth quarter.
Bae Bongsuk, Director of Digital Finance at NACUFOK, said, "The ultimate goal of this project is to provide members with a new lifestyle by enabling them to use all the specialized services unique to NACUFOK with just one smartphone."
