Lotte Tour Development announced on the 10th that it will present a limited Valentine's Day menu by a global star chef at the food and beverage outlets of the Grand Hyatt Jeju within the Jeju Dream Tower complex resort.


On the 38th floor Steak House, a Valentine's Day special dinner will be offered on February 14th. Starting with a welcome drink, guests can enjoy a 6-course menu including bluefin tuna tartare topped with caviar, Boston lobster, tenderloin steak, heart-shaped raspberry lychee cake, truffle chocolate, and tea.


The Valentine's Day special dinner set is presented by global star chef Burton. Burton served as executive chef at Michelin 1-star restaurant 'CUT Singapore,' launched by steak master Wolfgang Puck as his first in Asia, and at 'SW Steak House' in the Wynn Palace complex resort in Macau.


At the Japanese restaurant Yumeyama, on the 13th and 14th, guests can experience Valentine's Day special sushi omakase and teppanyaki omakase prepared by Chef Kojima, formerly of Grand Hyatt Dubai and SLS Hotel Bahamas. The sushi omakase offers a 9-course menu including sashimi such as yellowtail and mackerel, toro with caviar, soy-marinated tuna, scallops, Hokkaido uni, and Boston lobster tail with teriyaki sauce. The teppanyaki omakase includes a 6-course menu featuring tenderloin, Boston lobster teppanyaki, Wando abalone with liver sauce and risotto, and Jeju pork fried rice.


At the deli, until the 15th, Valentine's Day commemorative cakes such as Red Valentine Cake and Red Velvet Strawberry Cake will be available. These were prepared by Executive Pastry Chef Jonathan, who previously served as executive pastry chef at Le Bouchon in Macau, a Michelin 3-star restaurant.
