Copywriter Jeongchal emphasized, "Do not think with predetermined answers; rather, try to find the wrong answers," adding, "For a change of perspective, develop the habit of jotting down notes with a bit of diligence, and through patience, make efforts to have time for observation."
He also explained four points: "Live with 'Why?' on your lips," "Play joyfully with your head!," "Turn it around completely," and "Pick and bring anything," as well as "Steal and imitate."
He said, "Most people wait until their skills are fully developed for 100% success," adding, "If you wait, you will never achieve anything in your lifetime. You must challenge yourself without fearing failure."
He further added, "All changes in perspective should be directed toward people."
Jeong Yong-yeon, director of Hwasun Chonnam National University Hospital, said, "Like this invited lecture, the hospital's philosophy is also for people," and "I hope employees discover innovative ideas through a change of perspective and provide customized support needed by patients."
