Recruitment of 9th and 10th Batch Trainees for the 'Cheongnyeon Nongbu Sagwan School'
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jo Yoon-jung] Gyeongnam Nonghyup is recruiting '9th and 10th class students of the Youth Farmer Officer School' until May 12.
The Youth Farmer Officer School aims to nurture young farmers with self-sustainability through stable rural settlement and high-quality education.
This year's curriculum is operated with basic education combining theory and practice by crop type, apprenticeship-style field training, preparation of start-up farming plans, and certification courses to provide the knowledge necessary for young farmers' agricultural settlement.
All students will be provided with tablet PCs, support for obtaining national certifications for agricultural machinery (drones, excavators, etc.), and scholarships will be awarded to outstanding students.
The training period is a 6-month boarding course; the 9th class runs from April 10 to September 22, and the 10th class from June 7 to November 17.
The application period is until March 17 for the 9th class and until May 12 for the 10th class.
Applicants must be young people planning to return to farming, born after January 1, 1983, and under 39 years old, with a passion for agriculture.
