In the Hong In-kyu Golf TV episode uploaded on the 4th, South Korea's representative long hitters, including the 'Korean Hulk' Jeong Chan-min, the 'original long hitter' Kim Hong-taek, and the 'rookie long hitter' Choi Seung-bin, appeared to compete in an eagle showdown. The players gathered at S Park CC in Miryang-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, played from the white tee, with scoring set as 1 point for a birdie, 5 points for an eagle, and 10 points for an albatross. Scores below par received 0 points. After the match, the player with the highest total score was awarded a prize of 1 million KRW.

The first player, Kim Hong-taek, took the lead from the start by recording a 270m drive on the 1st hole (par 4) tee shot. He then succeeded in a 60m birdie putt on his third shot, earning 1 point. Meanwhile, Jeong Chan-min and Choi Seung-bin struggled as both recorded O.B. from their tee shots. Both players made par and did not earn any points.

On the 2nd hole (par 5), Jeong Chan-min made a big move. After a powerful tee shot, he hit his second shot from 189m, landing the ball on the green. He then gently rolled his third shot straight to make an eagle, earning 5 points. Choi Seung-bin recorded a birdie and earned 1 point. Kim Hong-taek did not score.

On the 3rd hole (par 3), Choi Seung-bin was the only player to score. His tee shot with a 9-iron landed close to the pin, setting a strong momentum from the start. His second shot went straight into the hole for a birdie, closely chasing Jeong Chan-min.

On the 5th hole (par 4), both players except Kim Hong-taek recorded birdies. Jeong Chan-min and Choi Seung-bin hit their second shots from 32m and 35m respectively, successfully placing the ball within 2m of the pin. Both players then holed their third shots, earning 1 point each. On the 6th hole (par 3), none of the three players scored.

Jeong Chan-min was the only player to record an eagle in the first half of the day. The interim scores show Jeong Chan-min leading with 6 points, Choi Seung-bin in second with 3 points, and Kim Hong-taek in third with 1 point.
