Rich & Co., the operator of Goodrich, announced on the 7th that over 30,000 indemnity insurance claims were made through the Goodrich application (app) last month, a 27% increase compared to the same period last year.
When users take a photo of the insurance claim documents on the Goodrich app, the claim form is automatically completed through an auto-completion solution. Afterward, the claim undergoes a first review at the in-house claims office before being forwarded to the insurance company.
Additionally, if a claim is repeatedly filed for the same issue, users can immediately file a claim by retrieving the previously saved information used during their prior insurance claim.
