Mirae Asset Securities Selected as 'Best Institution for ARS Service'

[Asia Economy Reporter Son Seon-hee] Mirae Asset Securities announced on the 6th that it was evaluated as the best institution in the industry last year for its Automated Response System (ARS) service.

According to Mirae Asset Securities on the day, in the '2022 ARS Service Operation Status Evaluation' hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT), Mirae Asset Securities was selected as the best institution in the financial investment and payment sector and received the MSIT Minister's Award.

The ARS service operation status is comprehensively evaluated using indicators such as operator management, menu composition, minimization of waiting time, notification of usage fees, provision of various access methods, and minimization of personal information input. This year, the evaluation was conducted on a total of 211 institutions across 7 sectors. Mirae Asset Securities received the highest 'Excellent' grade in the evaluation results.

Ahn In-sung, Head of the Digital Division at Mirae Asset Securities, said, "This is the result of various efforts to minimize customer inconvenience," adding, "We will expand the digital self-service system utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and big data so that customers can handle their tasks more easily and conveniently."
